As lots of us tentatively make our first steps back into the world, we wanted to update people on what we’ve decided in relation to PopUp Painting Gift Vouchers and ‘banked tickets’.
We’re very pleased to be able to start running events again, with our first event coming up this Thursday in London. Lots more dates for London, Birmingham and Oxford are in our calendar for September, and we hope to have dates for Manchester and Leeds as soon as is possible.

‘Banked’ tickets
We are very grateful for all of the support that people showed us when the crisis first hit. Holders of ‘banked’ tickets will be able to use their tickets through to 24 August 2021, giving them the option to use their tickets as soon as we re-open, or wait until next Spring or Summer when things are (hopefully) more normal.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers that were set to expire towards the beginning of the crisis have been extended to the end of 2020. Gift vouchers that were set to expire later in 2020 or early 2021 have been extended by approximately six months. All recipients of affected vouchers will receive an email throughout 24 August 2020 confirming their new expiry date.
