Our Artist Of The Week this week is Tom Veiga!
Tom Veiga is a Brazilian artist whose work centres arounds waves and curves, and features vibrant colours. He has been involved with art projects in 5 continents and across 25 countries.
Tom describes his style on his website as “a very Brazilian style, bringing joy through colours, Serie Waves seeks to interpret the most of the unique characteristics of each wave with minimum possible strokes , always with a lot of movement and life.”
We’ll be sharing some of Tom Veiga’s work throughout the week. You can explore his work on his website, on his blog, and can like his work on Facebook as well as follow him on Twitter.
And if you like his style, we’ll be running social painting events themed around some of his work! Join us on the 17th June (Hampstead), 24th June (Bayswater), 24th June (Teddington), or 30th June (Bromley) to paint your own impressions!

‘Woman Surfing’

PopUp Painting events are social painting experiences, giving everybody the opportunity to unleash their creativity. One of the most creative things to do in London (as well as St. Albans, Kent, and Surrey), our events are aimed at people who aren’t artists who want to have fun trying something different. Perfect for friends, for colleagues, or great date ideas. This isn’t an art class: this is social painting!
